An award-winning communicator, Mandelbaum's responsibilities include managing the team that develops the extensive range of HR and technology materials produced for Devon clients, from press releases and white papers to case studies and blog posts.

Mandelbaum's experience spans nearly a decade and includes editorial positions with organizations in the human resources and customer management fields. Prior to joining Devon, Mandelbaum served as the associate editor for the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI), where he was responsible for the creation of communication materials such as a weekly electronic newsletter and industry news summaries. Early in his career and after only a brief time at Movers.com, a leading online relocation services portal, he was promoted from writer to content analyst and managed a team of writers responsible for all website content. Additional experience as a copy editor at Caliper Corporation, where he edited candidate assessment reports among other responsibilities further enhanced Mandelbaum's skills.
A New Jersey native, Mandelbaum holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Rutgers University.
