Golden Gate University Appoints Two New Deans

(firmenpresse) - SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/10/14 -- (GGU) recently named Fred Sroka as Dean of the and the and Dr. Nate Hinerman as Dean of .

Fred Sroka joins GGU as Dean of the School of Accounting and the Braden School of Taxation from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he was a partner and led its Venture Capital tax practice. He has extensive professional financial experience and is both an attorney and a CPA. He has taught at GGU as an adjunct professor since 1983 and has also served on the Braden School's advisory board. Fred received his bachelor's degree in economics from Santa Clara University and his JD from UCLA.

Dr. Nate Hinerman steps into his position as Dean of Undergraduate Programs from his current role as Associate Professor at GGU. A member of GGU's teaching staff for more than five years, Nate has been heavily involved in reconstructing GGU's undergraduate degree programs to ensure that graduates are well prepared to meet the challenges of today's world. His doctorate is in Philosophy, and he is also a psychotherapist, specializing in helping people transition amidst various types of loss.

GGU is accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
