(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/10/14 -- The Board of Directors of CSA Group announced today that the organization's President and CEO, Ash Sahi, has decided to retire next year.

"Ash Sahi's achievements as the leader of CSA Group for almost six years have been significant," said Dr. Roland Hosein, Chair of the Board of Directors. "He has helped transform the organization into a robust global player in Standards, Testing and Certification. Ash also helped to launch a new modern CSA Brand and strategic vision that will remain a legacy of his leadership. The Board is grateful for his many contributions and wish him much success in his retirement."

"I feel privileged to have led CSA Group and feel confident that the organization is well positioned for continued growth and success," Mr. Sahi said. "The time is right for me to step back and spend more time with family and on personal passions. Together with Mr. Sahi, the Board of Directors will conduct the process to choose a successor and will consider internal and external candidates for the job.
