TVA Group Responds to Minority Shareholders

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 12/11/14 -- In response to the press release issued this morning by some minority shareholders of TVA Group (TSX: TVA.B) reporting that they have filed a complaint, the Corporation considers that the arguments mentioned in their press release are without merits.

The Corporation would like to reiterate that its strategy has always been to create value for all of TVA's shareholders.
