Nordex Explosives Ltd. Announces Resignation of Director
(firmenpresse) - KIRKLAND LAKE, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/15/14 -- NORDEX EXPLOSIVES LTD. ("Nordex" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: NXX) Nordex announced today that for health reasons, Peter Crossgrove has stepped down as a director of Nordex, effective immediately. Jim O'Reilly, Chairman of the Board, commented, "On behalf of Nordex, we thank Peter for his many contributions to the Company and we wish him a quick recovery and our sincerest best wishes." The Company intends to appoint two members to its Board of Directors to fill the vacancies created by the resignations of Messrs. Eaton and Crossgrove and is currently in the process of assessing candidates.
