PrimeTime Promotions Is Growing

Working with some of the largest clients in the country ranging from home entertainment, consumer electronics and the biggest retailers, Prime Time Promotions is growing. With new clients and accounts on the horizon, PrimeTime Promotions is looking to develop leaders from within to help assist with their clients' needs.
PrimeTime Promotions has a firm philosophy of developing management ability from within for their sharpest and brightest candidates. Their training program molds entry level or prospects, new to the industry into experts in the behind the scenes management that is needed to make PrimeTime Promotions expand and thrive. Their manager Christian, from Greensboro North Carolina comes from a background of soccer and basketball. With a degree from Greensboro Technical Community College, Christian immediately got into the workforce in the hospitality industry. Starting his own company in car detailing, Christian came across the business in 2012. Within two months of starting he was promoted into an Account Manager role, and began helping with a new client. Two months later Christian was managing the Richmond market. "The Manager in Training position develops student mentality, character, business skills and abilities," continues Christian. "What I've learned in this business far exceeds anything I've learned in my past experiences." Christian's passion is to be able to help mentor, coach and train kids to give back to society.
PrimeTime Promotions has a goal of expanding two times within the next six months and will be looking internally for their up and coming managers. Having just returned from their bi-annual Management Development Conference in Dallas, TX, PrimeTime Promotions understands the importance of investing in their own. Christian states that one should, "always be an eternal student" and knows that conferences are a great way to give others that same opportunity to learn and get better at their skills.
With their new partnership established one can expect to see big things this year from PrimeTime Promotions. From management and leadership conferences both nationally and regionally to their vacation summit trip to celebrate hard work, PrimeTime Promotions is excited and motivated to be in the Richmond area.
