Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust Announces Appointment of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/17/14 -- Allied Properties REIT (TSX: AP.UN) announced today that Cecilia C. Williams has been appointed as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Cecilia is expected to commence her duties with Allied in early 2015. She is currently Vice President and Controller of Dream Unlimited and Chief Financial Officer of Dream Alternative Trust. After graduating from the University of Toronto (Bachelor of Commerce, 1998), Cecilia began her career at Arthur Andersen, where she obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2001 while working in the assurance and valuation practices. She continued her career development through progressively more senior financial and planning positions at Magna International and Canwest Broadcasting/Shaw Media.
