Statkraft AS : Increase in equity capital

The Norwegian Government's proposal of strengthening the equity in Statkraft SF
with NOK 5 billion was approved by the Parliament on 11. December 2014.
This increase in equity capital was today adopted at an extraordinary general
meeting in Statkraft SF.
Statkraft SF has today used the increased equity as an equity contribution into
Statkraft AS.
