The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------(Cologne, 15 July 2009) - Shares in Splendid Medien AG, Cologne(ISIN: DE0007279507 / WKN identifier: 727 950) are currently admittedfor stock exchange trading in the regulated market of the FrankfurtStock Exchange with simultaneous admission to the sub-segment of theregulated market with additional post-admission obligations (PrimeStandard). With the approval of the Supervisory Board, the ManagingBoard of Splendid Medien AG has decided to change the company'slisting from the Prime Standard to the General Standard of theregulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.The change of stock exchange segment will serve to reduce theadditional expenditure arising from the Prime Standard listing. TheManaging Board is to submit an application to the management of theFrankfurt Stock Exchange for cancellation of the admission of theshares of Splendid Medien AG to the Prime Standard. Cancellation ofthe admission will take effect three months following disclosure onthe Internet (www.deutsche-boerse.com) of the decision by the stockexchange management to cancel.
