Hundreds of employees located in Allen and Plano, Texas gathered to donate hundreds of coats to help those in need this holiday season. The Allen Community Outreach is a charity organization that provides a food pantry, a resale shop, meals on wheels, educational programs and food drives to benefit the needy in the Allen, Fairview, and Lucas, Texas regions. The coat donations helped Allen Community Outreach obtain their goal of helping the many families and individuals in the community keep warm and safe during the winter months ahead.

The event was coordinated by Director of Development at Allen Community Outreach, Stacy Cooper, who provided Effex staff members a cordial tour of the programs that Allen Community Outreach offers the community.
