Constellation Software Announces Completion of Membership Agreement

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/23/14 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) announced today that in accordance with the terms of the original purchase and sale agreement for the TSS business, it has completed an agreement to provide a minority stake in its TSS business to members of the TSS executive management team and a private investor. The proceeds of this transaction will be applied to repay debt under the current Constellation credit facility.
