Acquisition of Shares of Planet Mining Exploration Inc.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/24/14 -- David J. Birkenshaw ( "Birkenshaw") announced that on December 22, 2014, he acquired ownership and control of an additional 4,690,000 outstanding common shares of Planet Mining Exploration Inc. ("PME"), which represents approximately 10.53% of the then issued and outstanding common shares of PME (the "Transaction"). Immediately following the completion of the Transaction, Birkenshaw alone owned and controlled 7,722,000 common shares in the capital of PME, representing approximately 17.33% of the issued and outstanding common shares of PME. The Transaction was made through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. Birkenshaw acquired the common shares for investment purposes. However, Birkenshaw may, in the future, make additional investments in or dispositions of PME's securities.
