(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/29/14 -- Cadillac Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CDC)(OTC: CADIF) ("Cadillac" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Jeremy Weir has resigned as a Director of Cadillac.
The Company thanks Mr. Weir for his contributions and many years of service of being a Director of the Company and wishes him success in his future endeavours. Mr. Brewster advises that Cadillac presently has six directors consisting of Norman Brewster, Neil Novak, Maurice Stekel, Jesus Fernandez Lopez; James Burke and Tiffany Yan and does not plan to appoint a director in place of Mr. Weir.
