Federman & Sherwood Announces Filing of Securities Class Action Lawsuit Against Roka Bioscience, Inc.
(firmenpresse) - OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- (Marketwired) -- 12/29/14 -- On December 24, 2014, a class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey against Roka Bioscience, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROKA). The complaint alleges violations of the Securities Exchange Act, including allegations of issuing a series of material or false misrepresentations to the market relating to the Company's offering documents in its Initial Public Offering (the "IPO") which commenced on or about July 17, 2014.
Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of all Roka Bioscience, Inc. shareholders who purchased securities between July 17, 2014 and November 6, 2014 (the "Class Period") and are therefore a member of the Class as described above. You may move the Court no later than Monday, February 23, 2015 to serve as a lead plaintiff for the entire Class.
