Mr. Austrup is the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Co-Founder and a Director of Integrated Managed Futures Corp ("IMFC"), a Macro Hedge Fund Manager based in Toronto, Canada. IMFC is majority owned by Integrated Asset Management (TSX: IAM), an alternative asset manager with $1.84 billion in AUM in Private Debt, Real Estate and Hedge Funds. Mr. Austrup is registered in the United States with both the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and in Canada with the Ontario Securities Commission. Mr. Austrup is a director of the Master of Quantitative Finance program at the University of Waterloo, and a member of the Investment Funds Product Advisory Committee ("IFPAC") of the Ontario Securities Commission. Mr. Austrup holds a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Western Ontario.
