Pacific Life Renames Its Mutual Funds to Pacific Funds
(firmenpresse) - NEWPORT BEACH, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/05/15 -- Effective December 31, 2014, the mutual funds affiliate of Pacific Life Insurance Company, Pacific Life Funds, has been renamed Pacific Funds. Pacific Funds will continue to leverage the robust brand recognition of Pacific Life through the continued use of the iconic whale logo. The renaming is an opportunity to distinguish the mutual funds business as its own distinctive product line.
Also effective December 31, 2014, individual funds have been renamed. The changes include replacing the "PL" in each retail fund with "Pacific Funds." All else at Pacific Funds remains the same, including the investment goals and strategies of its funds, CUSIPs, and Pacific Funds' commitment to the needs of shareholders and financial professionals.
