Michael Feola Buys 68,000 Shares of Perlite Canada Inc.
(firmenpresse) - LAVAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 01/05/15 -- Michael Feola announces that he has bought on December 30, 2014, 33,000 common shares in the capital stock of Perlite Canada Inc. ("Perlite") (TSX VENTURE: PCI) (the "Common Shares") for a total consideration of $5,940, or $0.18 per Common Share, this increase representing 0.31% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of December 30, 2014. Michael Feola also announces that he has bought on January 2nd, 2015, 35,000 Common Shares for a total consideration of $6,300, or $0.18 per Common Share, this increase representing 0.32% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of January 2nd, 2015.
As of this day, and after giving effect to the acquisition of his 68,000 Common Shares, Michael Feola holds, directly and indirectly, 1,140,500 Common Shares. Michael Feola currently holds 10.55% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of January 5, 2015.
The Common Shares of Perlite are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol PCI.
