AirTest Announces Director Resignation

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/08/15 -- Mr. George Graham, President of ATI AirTest Technologies Inc. ("AirTest" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AAT), a leading provider of sensor technologies for building applications, would like to announce, with regret, the resignation of Kenneth J. Danderfer as a director of the Company. Mr. Danderfer has been an active director of AirTest since the Company became a public issuer in February, 2000, but has found it necessary to resign at this time due to personal time constraints.

Mr. Graham advises that "Ken Danderfer has been a stalwart member of our Board who could always be counted on to provide excellent judgment and a common sense approach to any issues that arose from time to time. We will miss his input, however he will remain a good friend and will maintain his interest in the ongoing fortunes of the Company".
