New Hampshire Thrift Bancshares, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend and Annual Meeting Date
(firmenpresse) - NEWPORT, NH -- (Marketwired) -- 01/08/15 -- New Hampshire Thrift Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: NHTB) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of thirteen cents ($0.13) per share payable January 30, 2015, to stockholders of record as of January 23, 2015.
In addition, the Board of Directors has set May 14, 2015, as the date of the 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which will be held at the Lake Sunapee Bank Building, 1868 Room, 9 Main Street, Newport, New Hampshire at 10:00 a.m.
New Hampshire Thrift Bancshares, Inc. is the holding company of Lake Sunapee Bank, fsb, a federally chartered savings bank that provides a wide range of life-cycle banking and financial services.
