iHookup Social Announces Planned Reverse Stock Split, to Pursue Return to OTC Markets' OTCQB Exchange

(OTC PINK: HKUP), a fully reporting public company that develops a mobile/social app enabling singles, groups and the socially active to connect quickly, offering local, real life 'hook-up' opportunities, is pleased to announce that it will petition for relisting on OTC Market's OTCQB exchange following a 100-for-1 reverse stock split.
"After evaluating all available options, management has determined that the most effective course of action for the Company is a 100-1 reverse stock split that we hope will allow for a swift return to OTCMarkets' OTCQB exchange," stated Robert Rositano, Jr. CEO, iHookup Social. Pending the review of the Securities Exchange Commission, shareholders of record at the end of trading approximately 30 to 60 days from today will be affected by the 100-1 reverse stock split. When the market opens on or about this date every one-hundred (100) shares of issued and outstanding common stock will be converted into one (1) share of common stock. All fractional shares created by the reverse stock split will be rounded to the nearest whole share.
