American Creek Provides Update on Teuton Resources Corp.-Treaty Creek Litigation
(firmenpresse) - CARDSTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/09/15 -- American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: AMK) ("the Corporation") wishes to provide a further update on events related to the ongoing litigation with Teuton Resources Corp. ("Teuton") over the Treaty Creek property.
Further to the American Creek press release dated December 24, 2014, the Corporation reports that today the British Columbia Court of Appeal adjourned the appeal hearing to March 8-10, 2015 because Teuton is presently without legal representation for the appeal. Teuton was represented at the court application today by Dino Cremonese, Teuton's President.
The Corporation will provide further updates as events materialize.
