The Canadian Automobile Association has appointed experienced travel industry executive Brenda Kyllo as its new Vice President, Travel.

Kyllo will work closely with the nine CAA clubs, preferred travel partners, the American Automobile Association (AAA), and the Federation Internationale de l'automobile (FIA) to further enhance travel offerings for CAA's 5.6 million Members.

With a background spanning over 25 years in the travel industry in North America, Asia and Europe, Kyllo has successfully managed a full range of travel and tourism responsibilities within wholesale, retail, resort management and cruise ship marketing and operations. From 2003-2008, Kyllo was based in Montreal as the President and General Manager of Club Med Canada, responsible for sales, marketing and tour operations. Most recently, she extended her retail travel expertise as Vice President Marketing, Industry Relations and Product Development with Merit Travel Group in Toronto overseeing the Merit, Travel CUTS and Adventure Travel Company brands.

CAA is a federation of nine clubs providing more than 5.6 million Members with exceptional emergency roadside service, complete automotive and travel services, member savings and comprehensive insurance services.
