Todd Fasanella Joins Imperial Capital, LLC as Managing Director in Investment Banking and Structured Finance Capital Markets
(firmenpresse) - LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/20/11 -- As part of ("Imperial") expansion in investment banking and capital markets, Imperial announced that has joined the Firm as a Managing Director located in the New York office. Mr. Fasanella will focus on investment banking for the Financial Services and Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure sectors. Mr. Fasanella will also expand Imperial's capabilities by pursuing structured and project financing transactions for the Firm's investment banking and institutional sales & trading clients.
Mr. Fasanella has over 15 years of commercial real estate, investment banking and asset finance experience during the years he worked at The Prudential Realty Group, Credit Suisse and Barclays Capital, where he most recently lead investment banking coverage for the vacation timeshare, lodging and real estate industries. His transactions have included structuring and executing asset backed securities, investment grade debt, high yield and equity offerings, leveraged loans, private placements and development loans as well as advising on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings.
