BRUSSELS, Wednesday January 14, 18h00 CET - In accordance with the financial
transparency rules and legislation, Prudential plc. has notified Solvay that on
January 7, 2015 the total participation of its various affiliates has fallen
below the threshold of 3% of the shares issued by Solvay S.A.
