microTOOL renews partnership with IREB

(PresseBox) - microTOOL GmbH will again be Silver Partner and recognized Training Provider of the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB) e.V. in 2015. The board offers a certification programme to become Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) and seeks to improve practical requirements engineering by elaborate syllabi and exams. The Berlin-based software developer microTOOL is granted Silver Partner of IREB due to its high rate of CPRE certified employees. As an official IREB Training Provider microTOOL also offers CPRE Foundation Level trainings almost every month.
microTOOL has been qualified as IREB Silver Partner since 2012. The company's customer service department has proven expertise in requirements engineering.
IREB Training Providers prepare participants for the CPRE exams, which are offered by independent examination boards. The training is based on the book "Requirements Engineering Fundamentals" by Klaus Pohl and Chris Rupp. Contents of this book plus practical exercises will be taught within three days. The next training offered by microTOOL will be from 9 to 11 February in Berlin. The training aims at enabling participants to apply basic techniques and methods in the four disciplines: elicitation, specification, validation & negotiation and management of requirements. Target groups of the training are: requirements engineers, system designer, programmers, software architects, testers and IT managers.
