GC-Global Capital Corp. Files Preliminary Prospectus in Connection With a Public Offering of Subordinate Voting Shares
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 01/16/15 -- GC-Global Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE: GDE.A) ("Global Capital") is pleased to announce that is has filed a preliminary short form prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in the provinces of Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia in connection with a "best efforts" public offering (the "Offering") of subordinate voting shares ("Shares"). The size of the Offering and price per Share will be determined in the context of the market prior to the filing of the (final) short form prospectus in respect of the Offering. Canaccord Genuity Corp. will act as agent under the Offering.
The net proceeds from the Offering will be used to fund Global Capital's merchant banking activities.
The Offering is subject to regulatory approval including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities regulatory authorities.
