(Thomson Reuters ONE) - AIM RELEASE16 July 2009 Discovery Metals Limited (the "Company") Holding in CompanyDiscovery Metals Limited advises the following changes in relation tosignificant shareholdings following the issue on 30 June 2009 by theCompany of 22,222,222 ordinary shares of nil par value ("OrdinaryShares") at 18 cents per share:(a) Macquarie Bank Limited ("MBL") has increased its holding ofOrdinary Shares in the Company from 16,759,730 Ordinary Shares(representing 9.75% of the issued share capital of the Company) to27,936,391 Ordinary Shares (representing 14.39% of the issued sharecapital of the Company);(b) Taurus Funds Management Pty Ltd has increased its holding ofOrdinary Shares in the Company from 14,268,880 Ordinary Shares(representing 8.3% of the issued share capital of the Company) to25,379,991 Ordinary Shares (representing 13.08% of the issued sharecapital of the Company); and(c) Resource Capital Fund IV LP holds 21,237,428 Ordinary Shares,representing 10.94% of the issued share capital of the Company.In addition, the Company became aware on 16 July 2009 that HSBCCustody Nominees
