Craig Warznak Named Director of Corporate Development for Day & Zimmermann
(firmenpresse) - PHILADELPHIA, PA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/19/15 -- (D&Z), the century-old, family-owned provider of construction & engineering, staffing and defense solutions for leading corporations and governments around the world, announced today that, effectively immediately, current Manager of Corporate Development, Craig Warznak, will now be the Director and Head of Corporate Development for D&Z. He succeeds Steve Selfridge, who was recently promoted to become the President of SOC, a wholly-owned division of D&Z.

Prior to his time at D&Z, Warznak held multiple roles in the investment banking and private equity industries. Since joining the company in 2011, Warznak has worked directly with the Vice President of Corporate Development and the leadership team of D&Z to help formulate and drive strategic growth. He has been instrumental in working with the investment community to identify growth opportunities for D&Z and helped lead D&Z's first international acquisition in 2012.
