CSE: 2015-0109 - Notice of Distribution - True Zone Resources Inc. (TAZ)

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 01/20/15 -- True Zone Resources Inc. announces that further to the news release dated January 12, 2015, the Supreme Court of British Columbia approved a plan of arrangement between the Company, its five wholly owned subsidiaries and the shareholders of the Company.

The Company has declared January 26, 2015 as the share distribution record date for the purposes of the Arrangement. Under the Arrangement, the number of shares each Company's shareholders will hold in each of the five subsidiaries will be equal to the number of Company's shares held by the Company's shareholder at the close of the business day of January 26, 2015 divided by 100.

True Zone will begin trading ex-dividend on January 22, 2015.
