Kaizen Discovery Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/20/15 -- Kaizen Discovery (TSX VENTURE: KZD) announced today that, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate of 3,355,000 common shares in the capital stock of the company.
The options are exercisable at a price of $0.30 per share and will vest 25% on the date of grant, with an additional 25% vesting on each anniversary of the date of grant thereafter until fully vested. The options expire on January 20, 2020.
The company also has cancelled 500,000 stock options in accordance with the terms of its Stock Option Plan.
