Transparency declaration
Brussels, 20 January 2015 - Mobistar hereby discloses information in accordance
with Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 and the related Royal Decree of 14
February 2008:
On 19 January 2015, Mobistar received a transparency declaration from Schroders
Plc, stating that, as of 15 January 2015, Schroders Investment Management holds
3,105,040 shares, representing 5.17 % of the total share capital of the Company.
An increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds requires a
declaration to Mobistar and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA):
1. 3 % statutory threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the
Company;
2. 5 % or each multiple of 5 %, as set out by the Belgian law.
