(ASX: CYY) ("Coventry" or "the Company") advises that it has filed on SEDAR () a technical report dated January 21, 2015 ("the Technical Report") in relation to the Caribou Dome Copper Project ("the Project"), pursuant to Canadian National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. This follows the Company's announcement on November 5, 2014, that it had entered into agreements that provide it the right to acquire 80% of the Project, via the acquisition of unlisted Australian company Aldevco Pty Ltd.
