(OTCBB: NODB) - Due to the untimely death of a majority shareholder the Board of Directors has ordered the postponement of the regularly scheduled shareholder meeting of February 3, 2015. The Board of Directors has rescheduled the meeting for April 7, 2015.

North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. is an independent bank established in 1961 with current locations in Dallas, Plano, Irving, Frisco and Addison, Texas.
