Chain Bridge Bancorp, Inc. Announces Initial Cash Dividend
(firmenpresse) - MCLEAN, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/22/15 -- Chain Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company"), parent of Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. (the "Bank") (collectively, "Chain Bridge") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $10.00 per share. The dividend will be payable on February 17, 2015, to shareholders of record as of January 30, 2015.
The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has set a policy of paying out between 10% and 25% of the Company's earnings, over time, as dividends to its shareholders, provided that the Company is retaining sufficient capital to support anticipated business growth, fund strategic initiatives and provide continued support for depositors.
Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. is a national banking association organized under the laws of the United States and is the sole subsidiary of Chain Bridge Bancorp, Inc., a registered bank holding company. The Bank is headquartered in McLean, Virginia and serves businesses and individuals throughout the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. The Bank is a member of the FDIC and its deposits are insured up to the legal maximums. The Company's shares are privately held.
