SolidusGold Announces Appointment of Co-Chairman of the Board

("Solidus" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SDC) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Rick Van Nieuwenhuyse, currently a Director of the Company, as Co-Chairman of the Board. Concurrently with this appointment, Mr. Raj Chowdhry moves from Chairman to Co-Chairman.
