Natter is a globally recognized leader in defense strategy and a highly decorated Navy Admiral who last served as Commander, US Atlantic Fleet/Fleet Forces Command. He now sits on the Board of several global companies including BAE Systems Inc, and is the president of R.J. Natter & Associates, LLC, a consulting firm. Natter is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Naval War College and has Master's Degrees in Business Management and International Relations.
