Many years of experience working within the Continental Corporation
(PresseBox) - The rubber and plastics specialist ContiTech is bolstering its communications team. Effective immediately, Antje Lewe (35) is taking on a new role in Media and Public Relations at the Continental subsidiary ContiTech and will report directly to Frank Stünkel (57), Head of International Sales and Communications at ContiTech. In her role as press spokesperson, she will deal primarily with media and public relations issues that transverse the business units, the communications strategy, and the expansion of the international communications network within the division. The former spokesperson, Mario Töpfer (55), will continue to support ContiTech with internal and external communications projects via his agency MT-Medien.
Lewe began her professional career over 16 years ago in the Continental Corporation as a commercial trainee and initially worked in Marketing and Sales in the Bicycle Tires business unit. Following business studies at university, she transferred in 2002 to Corporate Communications at the Continental Corporation, where she held a number of responsibilities for public relations, internal communications, and online communications. From October 2006, she held the position of Corporate Spokesperson for Business and Finance. Vincent Charles, former Press Spokesperson for Technology and Innovations, will replace her in this role.
