Bombardier Announces Definitive Agreement for the Sale of its Military Aviation Training Activities to CAE Inc.
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 01/26/15 -- Bombardier Inc. (TSX: BBD.A)(TSX: BBD.B)(OTCQX: BDRBF) announced today that it has reached a definitive agreement for the sale of its Military Aviation Training (MAT) activities to CAE Inc. This will enable Bombardier to further focus on its core business areas. The completion of this transaction is subject to the approval of all required governmental and regulatory authorities and other customary closing conditions. Total consideration is $19.8 million CAD and the completion of the transaction for the sale of MAT's activities is expected to close by year end.
