Orex Completes Airborne Geophysical Survey Over the Barsele Gold Project, Sweden
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/21/11 -- Orex Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE: REX) ("Orex") would like to announce that SkyTEM Surveys ApS has completed the 2,500 line kilometres of airborne geophysical surveying on our Barsele Gold Project in Sweden.
The airborne results are presently being interpreted and the Company is pleased to report that there are a significant number of new anomalous targets outside of the known mineralized zones. Ground follow-up work will include: induced polarization, electromagnetic and magnetic surveys, combined with prospecting, sampling and mapping.

The Barsele Project is located some 40 kilometres southeast of the town of Storuman in Vasterbottens Lan, a regional district of northern Sweden approximately 600 km due north of Stockholm. On February 28, 2011, Orex released a NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate for Barsele.
On the Coneto project in Central Durango State Mexico, Orex is negotiating the final details of a Joint Venture with Fresnillo PLC. In anticipation of the Joint Venture, Fresnillo has completed environmental studies and Orex geologists have completed mapping and sampling in the La Bufa area.
At Las Mesas, in Northern Durango State Mexico, diamond drilling has been completed. Results were not favourable and the project will be returned to the vendors.
Art Freeze, P.Geo., a director of Orex, is a Qualified Person as defined in NI43-101 and takes responsibility for the technical disclosure in this news release.
