Dresner Partners Hires Patrick Cavanagh as Managing Director
(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 01/26/15 -- Dresner Partners, a leading FINRA-registered, middle-market investment bank and IMAP member firm, announced today that it has hired Patrick Cavanagh as a Managing Director. In his new position, he will lead Dresner's consumer products team. During his career, Mr. Cavanagh has successfully initiated, executed, and closed 31 sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions worth more than $1.2 billion.
Mr. Cavanagh joined Dresner Partners from Scott Macon, Ltd., where he worked for more than seven years on middle-market transactions that included the food, beverage, automotive, business services, chemical, healthcare, and media industries. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at ARG Advisors, LLC, and a Vice President at Valufinder Group, Inc. Mr. Cavanagh was also Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions at Citigroup Capital Strategies, and worked for Nestle Waters North America and KPMG Peat Marwick. In addition, Mr. Cavanagh is a licensed CPA.
