Imprev Automates Agents' Marketing "Tasks" for Every Listing

The new listing-automation technology ensures that Coldwell Banker West agents can easily market each listing through the wide variety of channels that consumers use -- whether print, digital or mobile.

Shepard noted that the new system takes care of the marketing content for the life of the listing. "If there's a price change or if listing information is modified, the updated content is recreated automatically for the agent," he said.
In the new system, Coldwell Banker West agents receive emails that include links to print and digital 'Just Listed' flyers as well as a property website and YouTube-enabled video, all pre-populated with home-sale listing details, property photos and of course, the agent's contact information. In addition to improving agent productivity, Shepard said Coldwell Banker West also is able to achieve complete brand consistency, as the brokerage leverages creative design over the entire process.
The automated marketing system is an extension of the Imprev Marketing Platform, which powers the . The Imprev Creative Services team was tapped to build a library of custom marketing templates to meet the specific brand requirements of Coldwell Banker West.

Shepard noted that Coldwell Banker West designed their custom marketing to include content that promotes Coldwell Banker West's mortgage and escrow partners. "This allows us to directly support our partners, as they will benefit by gaining exposure with every new listing," he said.
