(firmenpresse) - ALLENTOWN, PA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/27/15 -- today announced the successful completion of a $5.1 million private placement issuance of common stock for Carroll Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQB: CROL), headquartered in Sykesville, Maryland in which it served as the exclusive placement agent. The offering of common stock at $16.50 per share was closed on January 23, 2014.
The purchasers of stock in the private placement reflected a mix of new local individual investors, existing shareholders, Carroll Bancorp insiders, and several new institutional investors.
