(TSX VENTURE: USR)(OTCQB: USTDF) is pleased to announce that the Company has successfully completed its application to list on the OTCQB and met all requirements and standards. Effective as of opening on January 22, 2014, the Company has traded on the OTCQB under the symbol "USTDF".
