30-Year Food Industry Veteran, A.R. 'Bud' Grandsaert Appointed as President of SnackHealthy, Inc.
(firmenpresse) - NEWPORT BEACH, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/29/15 -- SnackHealthy, Inc. (OTCBB: SNAX) today announced the appointment of A.R. 'Bud' Grandsaert as the Company's new President to further strengthen the company's management team. The appointment will become effective as of February 10, 2015.
Mr. Grandsaert will be responsible for overseeing the Company's beverage and snacks groups; its business and information solutions function; procurement; productivity; supply chain; and corporate strategy.
Prior to joining SnackHealthy, Mr. Grandsaert held leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies including Proctor & Gamble, John Morrell and E&J Gallo Winery. He served as executive vice president of Commercial Services, Inc., a division of Commercial Federal Corp, a NYSE company, acquired by Bank of the West, as well as co-founder and president of IMS, Inc., acquired by Cooper Industries, a Fortune 500 company.
