Avance Gas: Fixture of first Chinese newbuilding

Bermuda, 30 January, 2015: Following the deliveries of VLGCs Mistral and Monsoon
on 13 January 2015, Avance Gas Holding Ltd (OSE: "AVANCE") is pleased to
announce that Monsoon has been fixed for a 60-90 days time charter, commencing
early February, at a rate reflecting the freight market at the time of
negotiations. Mistral is under final negotiations for a similar charter.
Hull 1073 is expected to be delivered late Q1/2015 and hull 1074 is expected to
be delivered mid Q2/2015.
