Zurich, February 2, 2015 - Conzzeta's Board of Directors and the group's CEO
Robert Suter have decided to part company by mutual agreement. Chairman of the
Board of Directors Ernst Bärtschi will lead the Group Executive Board on an
interim basis and together with the business unit heads will continue to pursue
the group's new strategic direction.
Conzzeta's Board of Directors and the firm's CEO Robert Suter have decided to
part company by mutual agreement. The Board of Directors would like to thank
Robert Suter for his great commitment as the CEO of Conzzeta. "In his six years
as the group's CEO, Robert Suter has taken our very varied business units a long
way forward in a complex environment. By focusing the business units, he has
contributed substantially to the company's transformation process over the last
12 months," said Chairman of the Board of Directors Ernst Bärtschi.
Up until his departure, Robert Suter will take on special tasks on behalf of the
Chairman. The search for a new CEO will be started immediately. In the meantime,
Chairman of the Board of Directors Ernst Bärtschi is assuming the role of
Delegate of the Board of Directors.
Despite the more difficult conditions caused by currency turbulence, Conzzeta is
continuing the growth strategy it has initiated.
