RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust Announces Redemption of Series N Unsecured Debentures
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/02/15 -- RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust ("RioCan") (TSX: REI.UN) today announced that it is issuing a notice of redemption to holders of its US$100 million 4.10% Series N senior unsecured debentures due September 21, 2015 (the "Series N Debentures"), representing a redemption in full of all of the currently outstanding Series N Debentures. The Series N Debentures will be redeemed on March 9, 2015, in accordance with their terms, at a total redemption price of US$1,017.84 plus accrued and unpaid interest of US$19.133 to but excluding the redemption date, both per US$1,000 principal amount. Total redemption price, including accrued interest, will be US$103,697,333.33.
