KingSett Real Estate Growth LP No. 5 Acquires Trust Units of InnVest Reit
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/02/15 -- KingSett Real Estate Growth LP No. 5 ("KS") announced today that it acquired 400,000 trust units ("Units") of InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust, representing approximately 0.34% of the outstanding Units, at a price of $6.23 per Unit for an aggregate purchase price of $2,492,000. The Units were acquired pursuant to open market purchases through the facilities of the Chi-X Canada marketplace. After giving effect to the transaction, KS has control and direction over a total of 18,080,623 Units, representing approximately 15.6% of the outstanding Units. The Units were acquired in the ordinary course of business, for investment purposes only.
