Kaplan Fox Announces $3.29 Million Settlement With South African Airways Ltd.
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 07/21/11 -- Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP () announces a $3.29 million settlement subject to court approval with South African Airways Ltd. ("SAA") in In re: Air Cargo Shipping Services Antitrust Litigation, 06-MD-1775 (JG) (VVP), a multi-district litigation pending in the Eastern District of New York. In addition, SAA will provide notice costs of $150,000.
