Eskay Announces Grant of Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/03/15 -- Eskay Mining Corp. ("Eskay" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ESK) wishes to announce that an aggregate of 850,000 options to purchase common shares of Eskay at $0.14 per share for five years have been granted to three (3) directors of Eskay.
The grants are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
